Jesus Isn't Waiting for You to Fix Yourself First

For the days you stay away until you feel good enough to come back.

The words

You think you have to fix yourself before you come back to Me. So you wait. You clean up first. And you stay away.

But the son in My story never got clean. He came home dirty, rehearsing his apology. His father didn't wait for it. He ran.

You don't have to arrive fixed. You only have to turn around. I've been waiting here a long time. Come back as you are.

A verse to hold on to

“And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.”

Luke 15:20 (KJV)
